Excellent Kitchen and Laundry
We wanted to convey how delighted we are with our new kitchen and laundry both in terms of quality of workmanship and our experience in dealing with in2Kitchens owner/operator, Jason Lewis. We have recently had a new kitchen installed by Jason, and we are now enjoying the finished product. There were many qualities that stood out in relation to our experience in working with Jason, including:
- the quality of the finishes on Jason’s work is really excellent;
- Jason was very reliable throughout the process of kitchen design and build – Jason showed up when he said he would, he didn’t need to be reminded/prompted to return to complete minor adjustments and finishing off on items we were waiting on product manufacturers for;
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- clean, tidy and organised in his work – Jason was very mindful and considerate about the ‘work zone’ being our home, not just a work site;
- Jason has great attention to detail (we consider ourselves quite fussy about quality and detail, and he has certainly met our very high standard);
- Jason’s depth of experience and product knowledge was apparent in his effective communication of his understanding of how elements would work/not work in the finished product;
- we felt Jason worked hard to fit in with our practical/functional kitchen needs and budget;
- Jason was very competitive in his pricing;
- we were also very happy with a number of Jason’s recommended associates in the industry (eg plasterers, plumbers).
We would not only highly recommend Jason to others, but plan to have him return to do some further work for us when we renovate our bathrooms.
